The foundation of EnviroProz began with a personal experience. My daughter was diagnosed with asthma at a young age, and we later discovered mold conditions in our own basement. A physician raised the possibility that the indoor environment could be contributing to the problem, which started a much deeper investigation into mold, moisture, indoor air quality, and environmental conditions inside buildings.
That experience exposed a major problem in the industry: homeowners were often frightened, confused, or pressured into expensive remediation work without first receiving a truly independent evaluation of the property.
EnviroProz was built to provide that independent perspective. The company focuses on investigation, testing, interpretation, and professional guidance. We do not perform mold remediation, and our recommendations are not influenced by the sale of remediation services.
From the start, EnviroProz was designed around the interests of the homeowner. Our role is to determine what is happening, explain what the findings mean, and help the client understand the appropriate next step.
