I highly recommend Michael (Enviroproz) for mold testing and environmental assessments. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and considerate throughout the entire process. I really appreciated how carefully he listened to our concerns and took the time to investigate rather than simply giving us a quick answer.

I knew I had some mold in the bathroom so I hired Mike at EnviroProz to inspect and test my home. I went with Mike's company because he is focused only on testing. He isn't there to sell you on remediation. He was straightforward, on time, knowledgable and friendly. To my surprise he found a few areas with mold that we didn't know about. I am thankful that we hired him.

Mike at EnviroProz was very responsive when we called with concerns that we may have mold in our house. We promptly got an appointment for testing, and his knowledge and experience with mold and air quality was very apparent. Mike explained his testing methods and he was clear about pricing. His testing did find mold in our home in specific areas, which was very clearly documented in lab results. EnviroProz answered our questions, gave instructions on cleaning accessible areas, and provided a list of recommended remediation companies. We're happy we called EnviroProz and got our mold issue resolved quickly.

Mike of EnviroProz did a mold and air quality assessment of our home. What prompted us to use his services is that he is independent from remediation contractors which eliminates potential conflicts of interest… Mike’s process was of the highest quality. As his report is detailed and complex, he gave us a full readout of his findings and recommendations. Part of his service is to review remediation proposals to insure we are getting exactly what we need and nothing more… EnviroProz is highly recommended!!

If you think you might have mold in your home, look no farther- Mike is your guy. After dealing with physical symptoms for years, I was determined to find the cause. I had a different company come out and test my air quality and told me all was fine. I persisted and found Mike. Lo and behold, he found a mold problem in our basement. He came out 3 times for us and was just as gracious every time. I called him with questions frequently and he always got back to me and spent the time to explain things to me and my husband. He goes over remediation quotes you receive from 3rd parties and helps point you in the right direction. We are a few weeks post remediation now and I feel like a new person. I got my health back, all thanks to Mike!

Mike was fantastic throughout the process. He did a very thorough mold testing process on in all 3 floors of our house to identify a few trouble areas. He greatly helped us with reviewing the criteria for the types of company we ended up choosing to perform the remediation. Without his guidance, we may not have picked the most effective company for a remediation we needed. Thanks to his guidance, we are still mold free a year and a half later

We had a great experience working with Mike for mold testing at our home. From start to finish, Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. One thing we especially appreciated is that he doesn’t do remediation work himself, so there’s no conflict of interest — just honest, unbiased testing and advice.

The testing process included both outdoor and indoor baseline samples, and Mike provided us with a detailed, easy-to-understand report about a week later. He also took the time to schedule a one-hour call to go over the results with us, answer all our questions, and explain what everything meant.

Thankfully, we only had a very minor issue, and instead of pushing unnecessary services, Mike recommended a simple DIY solution to address it, which we really valued. He offered for us to reach back out to him whenever needed.

Highly recommend Enviroproz and Mike if you’re looking for trustworthy, professional mold testing without the upsell. Great service all around!

Mike from Enviroproz is a straight-up, no BS guy who really cares about what he's doing. He's honest and fully transparent about the information and sampling he gathers in a home, what it means and how to effectively interpret it. The debrief conversation and reading materials are excellent as well as the recommendations he makes. If you hire Mike and Enviroproz, you are going to learn everything you NEED to know about mold levels in your home and how they affect you. Can't say enough good stuff about him. Thanks Mike!

There aren't enough good things to say about Mike at EnviroProz. He performs an extremely professional, honest job, explaining everything clearly along the way. Mike is patient, helpful, and above all - a real person. He is not trying to upsell mold remediation, and remained objective and straightforward throughout the entire process, keeping our homebuying process and our family's needs in mind at every stage. He takes a more comprehensive test than a home inspector and gives detailed guidelines for remediation, stopping short of pushing a particular company or relationship. When his report came in (ahead of schedule) it was detailed and accompanied by his helpful talk through - he gave us his attention and time well beyond the scope of a normal inspection! We called around to many options and are thrilled we found him - he seems uniquely qualified for this task.

If you’re looking to hire a mold inspector expert who has integrity, will take the time to answer all of your many questions with no strings attached before you even hire him, will do a thorough home inspection and assess your home environment for a potential water damage/mold presence and won’t sell you unnecessary mold tests/kits, Mike from EnviroProz is your guy. My husband and I hired Michael this summer after thoroughly interviewing at least 5 other potential mold inspectors and reading a few books on this subject matter. Because of how unregulated this mold inspection field is and due to many horror mold inspection stories we had heard over the years, we were really scared to hire unethical and untrustworthy “mold expert” that talks good talk, but sells you a bunch of unnecessary mold assessment tests, doesn’t do a thorough visual inspection and doesn’t take the time to answer your questions and might even suggest unnecessary or over the top expensive remediation steps. This aforementioned fears dissipated completely when we hired Mike from EnviroProz to assess our condo in Center City Philadelphia. Not only did Michael take all the time that’s necessary to answer our questions leading up to the day of the actual inspection, he also reassured us that he will be available for an extended overview of mold inspection and test results after the inspection, once the results came back. Mike had completed the inspection, all of the necessary tests and had results back to us within a very short period of time. He then jumped on the call with us to go over the findings… Michael was even available to answer additional follow-up questions after the whole process described above was finished. I wish we’d have found Michael sooner and had done this inspection years earlier to eliminate an unfound fear of a potential mold problem in our condo… I wish Mike and his business continuous success!!! Don’t think twice to hire Michael for your indoor air quality and mold assessment/inspection needs. I’m definitely saving Michael’s info for all of our future mold inspection needs and I’m definitely recommending him to my family & friends!!!
