More Than a Mold Test

A useful mold assessment combines an investigation of the property with clear interpretation and guidance. Depending on your concerns and the conditions present, our services include:

  • Property inspection: Evaluation of accessible areas for mold, moisture, water damage, and conditions requiring further attention.
  • Targeted mold testing: Air and surface sampling when appropriate, with independent third-party laboratory analysis.
  • Reporting and consultation: Written findings, laboratory interpretation, and a follow-up discussion of your results and next steps.
  • Remediation guidance: Recommendations based on documented conditions and a complimentary brief review of a remediation proposal when remediation is recommended.
  • Post-remediation verification: A separate independent assessment after remediation to evaluate the completed work.
