2. On-Site Evaluation

When the scheduled evaluation takes place, our expert will reconfirm your goals and expectations for the testing process. We will conduct a comprehensive walk-through of the property, then utilize our state-of-the-art equipment to take the necessary diagnostic readings for a thorough sampling protocol. Throughout the assessment, our EnviroProz technician will explain the purpose of each tool used and how it contributes to the investigation.

3. Sample Collection

During the evaluation, the specialist will gather the required samples to diagnose the environmental issue you’re facing. The EnviroProz technician will record all conditions that might influence the samples, noting them carefully. A chain of custody form will be filled out for each sample ensuring all diagnostic data is tracked and preserved as the samples are sent to the laboratory.

4. Sample Processing

Once the samples are collected, your EnviroProz technician will discuss the next steps and give an estimated timeframe for receiving the results. We will then send the samples and chain of custody documentation to an accredited third-party lab for in-depth analysis.

5. Result Reporting

After the laboratory has processed the samples, we will provide you with a comprehensive report. If any serious health concerns are identified, we will inform you right away. The report will summarize the inspection’s findings, interpret the raw lab data in layman’s terms, explain the relevance of the results, and provide insight into any applicable standards or guidelines for the contaminants. If necessary, a corrective action plan will also be included.
